Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) Board

• Approve the use of Private Activity Revenue Bonds;
• Authorize the submittal by local units of government of Community Development Block Grant applications;
• Recommend to the State Administrative Board Agricultural Processing, Renewable Energy and Forest Products Processing Renaissance Zone designations;
• Approve Tool and Die Renaissance Recovery Zones; and
• Act as the fiduciary agent with respect to the 21st Century Jobs Fund investments;
• Pursuant to statute, the Chief Compliance Officer provides advice and guidance in regard to the 21^st Century Jobs Fund.

• The Michigan Strategic Fund has issued a Decision Document (click here to read decision document) regarding the Public Hearing held on March 13, 2012 and revisions to the Michigan Supplier Diversification Fund (MSDF) Guidelines. The Michigan Strategic Fund Board approved the Decision Document and approved the revisions to the MSDF Guidelines in Resolution 2012-38 (click here to read decision document) on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. 
• The Michigan Strategic Fund has issued a Decision Document (click here to read decision document) regarding the Public Hearing held on February 8, 2012 regarding the then-proposed Pure Michigan Venture Match Fund. The Michigan Strategic Fund Board approved the Decision Document and approved the Pure Michigan Venture Match Fund in Resolution 2012-36 (click here to read decision document) on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. 
• The Michigan Strategic Fund has issued a Decision Document (click here to read decision document) regarding the Public Hearing held on April 11, 2011 and adoption of the Entrepreneurial Support Services Program Request for Proposals. The Michigan Strategic Fund Board approved the Decision Document and Entrepreneurial Support Services Program in Resolutions 2011-041 and 2011-042 (click here to read decision document) on Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
• The Michigan Strategic Fund has issued a Decision Document (click here to read decision document) regarding the Public Hearing held on April 11, 2011 and adoption of the Early Stage Funding Program Request for Proposals. The Michigan Strategic Fund Board approved the Decision Document and Early Stage Funding Program in Resolutions 2011-043 and 2011-044 (click here to read decision document) on Wednesday, April 27, 2011.
